Returns & Exchanges Policy

At XXIII, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our leather handbags and the quality of our clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason.

• Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return.

• Return Shipment: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to our facility.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

• Handbags: Must be unused, with all internal stuffing intact, and original dust bags included. Leather is a natural material; please ensure the item is not scratched or marked while in your care.

• Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

• Packaging: Please return items in their original XXIII packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund if the goods are returned in a damaged condition or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@XXIII.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Pack your item securely and include your original packing slip.

4. Shipping Costs

• Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

• Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable (except in cases of faulty goods).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

In accordance with UK law, if your goods are faulty, you are entitled to:

• Up to 30 days: A full refund.

• Up to 6 months: A repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you may be entitled to a full refund.
