A little attention helps your bag stay with you for longer.

Leather

Wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. If you use a leather conditioner, choose one suited to the specific leather and test it in a discreet area first. Avoid household cleaning products and excessive rubbing.

Suede and soft linings

Keep liquids, oils and cosmetics sealed inside a pouch. Gently lift loose dust with a suitable soft brush; avoid soaking suede. For a persistent mark, ask a leather-care specialist.

Rain and moisture

If your bag gets wet, gently blot it and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Keep it away from radiators, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight.

Shape and storage

Empty your bag before storing it. Lightly fill it with clean tissue to help it keep its shape, then place it in its dust bag in a cool, dry space. Avoid hanging a heavy bag by its handles for long periods.

Hardware

Wipe metal details with a clean, soft cloth. Keep perfume, hand cream and cleaning sprays away from the hardware where possible.
