The Story of XXIII: Luxury Without the Guilt

Founded in March 2023 by Chloé, XXIII (Twenty-Three) was born from a simple, rebellious question: Why does quality have to hurt?

Meet the Founder: Chloé
Based on the outskirts of London, Chloé spent years as a dedicated collector of luxury goods before turning her eye to design. Her mission was personal: to democratise the "luxury experience." She treats every XXIII design as a personal portfolio piece. From the initial sketch on her desk to the final quality check, Chloé ensures that every bag leaving the studio is something she would be proud to wear to a gala, a meeting, or a Sunday brunch.

For too long, the "rush" of a new designer handbag has been followed by the sting of a four-figure price tag. We believe that the weight of a gold-standard zipper, the scent of premium leather, and the silhouette of a perfectly structured tote should be an accessible joy, not a financial burden.
XXIII is the bridge between high-end aspiration and attainable luxury.

Designed in London, Worn Everywhere
Every curve, every stitch, and every "scallop" edge is conceived in-house by Chloé on the outskirts of London. We don't follow fast-fashion trends; we design forever pieces.By keeping our design process intimate and in-house, we cut out the middleman and the bloated marketing budgets of heritage houses. This allows us to funnel every penny back into the product using high-quality leathers and suedes that rival the icons of Bond Street.
